Transitions:
In MS-PowerPoint-2016, already have added many default transition styles to use them to slide. The slide transitions are the effects that occur when you move from one slide to the next during a presentation. You can control the speed, add sound, and customize the properties of transition effects. When you apply transition to the slides, there are couple of things you should keep it in mind such as adding transition to a selected slide or all slides. For example, let’s say, you have 10 slides in a presentation at the same time you would like to have different slide transitions to each and every single slide. So, you can add transition by selecting slide by slide up to 10. If you already have added transition to the slide, you can preview it afterward by using Preview tool in the Transition tab. When you added many slides in a presentation as I mentioned above in the second paragraph of this tutorial, you can add transitions to all slides and once you finished applying transition, you can go to slideshow to preview the current presentation. So, when you are in slideshow preview all the transition will run in order to the transition setup. Mainly you need to understand about the slide transition setup one to another, by default transferring setup is to On Mouse Click but you can change transfer mode to Timing-(delay) or After-(means to once finished first slide transition) from On Mouse Click, by unchecking it check box and setting up timing delay seconds by typing numbers in timing box to wait the slide transition once finished in current slide or select After check box to start next slide transition as soon as finished current slide transition. If you would like to keep same transition style to all the slides that those are added in the current presentation, you are able to use Apply To All tool in section of Timing in Transition tab. MS-PowerPoint-2016 provided some new and default sound style to use internally to slides. you may wish to play sound while slide transition is running on the slide to making up more attractive presentation, so you can use Sound (dropdown box) tool to pick a sound style from preset sounds. Q.1: How to apply transition to the selected slide in the current presentation? Select a slide that you are going to add transition first => Select Transition tab => Click a transition style that you would like to add transition first. Q.2: How to add a transition sound to a slide? Select the slide/keep the cursor in the slide that you want to add sound => Select Transition tab => Click Sound’s dropdown box => Click a sound style.
