First of all every single programmers should think about a language call Python. What is a Python language among the computer languages?
Python can act both as Programming Language and Scripting Language. Why am I saying that, because Python has got ability to create script as you want and you would be able to run it using Python compiler. This statement is telling us something like Python is acting as scripting and programming language. OK!!! Come to the point: What are the difference between a programming language and a scripting language? Firstly Scripting language: Scripting language means to which you can use to create script to a desired purpose of using it in a project or test. Once you created script, you can run it in a programming language. This means, you can't run scripts itself because, script does need a compiler/interpreter environment to run it. What's a programming language? Programming language has an independent compiler/interpreter and it doesn't need an external compiler to run its own programme. For example: Python, Java, C++ and more. In python, you would be able to do both together. I mean, can create scripts then compile and execute it in Python. And also you can create and design anything that you want to do in python; would be able to compile and execute as well. I would like to talk here bit more about the Python; why Python is one of the important programming language among the computer programming languages? Python has a more powerful interpreter/compiler itself and you can write codes for anything that you can, and want in the platform of source code. Python allows to call libraries form the sources of internal and external to create powerful and featured projects as well. And also Python is an OOP(Object Oriented Programming Language) and a High level programming language too. What's meaning by saying OOP? Well, OPP means, programmers can create objects as many as they want and use them to create a complete project with supporting languages such as Python, C++, Java and more. What's High level programming language and why Python is one of them? Good, High level programming language is descripting as programmer's friendly language. It means, programmers are writing codes in the method of simply understanding format using English language and mathematical symbols. In this case, I'm writing code to print a text like "Hello World" in the source code, in order to my instruction text should be printed in the screen as Hello World. So, when I write codes using a High level programming language such as Python, it will take the processes of High level understanding and interpretation/compilation to progress the instructions. That's why Python is one of the High level programming languages. What's that mean of Interpretation or compilation? Interpretation: Interpreter is a language or can call a mediator that's being used to convert the source codes between the computer hardware and software. how does it interpret source codes into machine language (Example: 01010101)? Read comparation... Compilation: Compiler is a language that's being used to compile the source codes which are written in a high level language, into machine language to explain the instructed situation to the computer hardware and completion of processing and progressing the instruction is faster than Interpreter. Quick comparation between Interpreter and Compiler: 1) Interpreter is interpreting the source codes line by line and it is taking less time to analyse the source code and more time to execute the source codes than Compiler does. And Interpreter doesn't create a copy of code after its process. I mean; If a programmer runs the source code again, it will do the whole processes since first. 2) Compiler is compiling source codes at once into process and it's taking more time to analse and less time to execute the source codes than interpreter does. And Compiler will create a copy of the source code. So, if you want to use Python to program a project, better to understand about the Python and its beyond: Python firstly released on 25 October 1996 and its version Python 1.4. and To check whole releases of Python; You can click here: Python 1.4, documentation released on 25 October 1996. or Python Documentation by Version | Python.org if you want to download and install Python in your computer, follow the link: Download Python | Python.org
