Print Title: MS-Excel provides another awesome feature to helping for print every single page with heading on it. Let me explain about it, most often, we make some quite long workbooks, and they overflow to several pages. Normally we can freeze the top row or top column to view the overflowed data in workbook on every page. However, when we print these long workbooks, the title (top row) disappears and will not be printed in all pages except the first one. Actually, we can specify the Page Setup settings, and print the title (top row) on every page repeatedly. When a worksheet spans more than one printed page, you can label data by adding row and column headings that will appear on each print page. These labels are also known as print titles. In MS-Excel 2016, Print Titles command will appear inactive if you are in cell editing mode, if a chart is selected on the same worksheet, or if you don’t have a printer installed. How to get print out with same heading on each and every single page in the worksheet? When you print a worksheet after defining a print area, only the print area will be printed. You can add cells to expand the print area as needed, and you can clear the print area to print the entire worksheet. A worksheet can have multiple print areas.
