You can easily change the appearance of your table once you've added one to your document. There are several options for customization, including adding rows or columns and changing the table style.
In this case, you can right click on the table and able to:
Delete rows or columns
Insert new rows or columns
Change the Border Styles
Change Text Directions
How to insert a table with 3 rows and 3 columns, where I’m needed?
Keep the Cursor where you are needed in the page => Select Insert Menu => Click Table Tab => Select 3rows and 3 columns on appearing table sibling.
