System Computer
System computer means to different part of units in the computer system that they are named in the IT educational industry as Hardware, Software, Live-ware and Firmware. All these four types of units have explained below: Hardware The brief and exact description of hardware is in the system computer; however, human is able to touch and feel the all of the computer parts are hardware. The computer hardware is known as below: E.g.: - CPU, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and Speaker etc. Software Computer software, is a part of computer system that consists of data or computer instructions, in contrast to the physical hardware from which the system is built. In computer science and software engineering, computer software is all information processed by computer systems, programs and data. Computer software includes computer programs, libraries and related non-executable data, such as online documentation or digital media. Computer hardware and software require each other, and neither can be realistically used on its own. The software has categorized into three types that they are name such as System software, Application software and Malicious software. The all the software and its differences are below with each of its own descriptions: System software: Which is software that directly operates the computer hardware, to provide basic functionality needed by users and other software, and to provide a platform for running application software. The system software has categorized into three types and they are named such as Operating system, Translating system and Utility system. They all are with their own description below: Operating system: Which are essential collections of software that manage resources and provides common services for other software that runs "on top" of them. Supervisory programs, boot loaders, shells and window systems are core parts of operating systems. In practice, an operating system comes bundled with additional software (including application software) so that a user can potentially do some work with a computer that only has one operating system. The operating systems have released as below: E.g.: - Windows 10, Windows XP, DOS- (Disk Operating System), UNIX, Linux and Mac etc. Translating System Which operate or control a particular type of device that is attached to a computer. Each device needs at least one corresponding device driver; because a computer typically has at minimum at least one input device and at least one output device, a computer typically needs more than one device driver. The translating systems have named as below: E.g.: - Compiler, Interpreter and Assembler. Utility System Which are computer programs designed to assist users in the maintenance and care of their computers. Nowadays there are a lot of security software designed for all the devices such as mobile, iPad/iPod/Galaxy pad and computers/machines. Mainly some of security software have been using to protect the root leaks and some other important pathway in the OS or Apps are using in the computers. There are couple of utility systems have named as below: E.g.: - PC Tools, McAfee, Symantec, and Kaspersky etc. or Antivirus software. Application software The majority of software is written in high-level programming languages that are easier and more efficient for programmers to use because they are closer than machine languages to natural languages. High-level languages are translated into machine language using a compiler or an interpreter or a combination of the two. Software may also be written in a low-level assembly language, which has strong correspondence to the computer's machine language instructions and is translated into machine language using an assembler. The application software has mainly categorized into two types and they are named such as Package and Language. All of two applications are with its own descriptions below: Packages Which is designed for a custom purpose, using programming languages like VB, JAVA and C++ etc. There are variety of packages available through different companies and some of the packages have already been named as below: E.g.: - MS Office, Photoshop, Tally, Finagle, and many more. Languages Which are being used to developing the new packages that they are depended on the purposes of a person or a company or a business. In fact, the programming languages are being helped for people to make the moderation in the technological world. Some of the programming languages are previously named as below: E.g.: - Visual Basic, C, C++, C#, UNIX, Pascal, JAVA, JAVA Script, HBasic and more. Malicious software or malware which is software that is developed to harm and disrupt computers. As such, malware is undesirable. Malware is closely associated with computer-related crimes, though some malicious programs may have been designed as practical jokes. Live-ware Which means to a computer related jobs or people. Such as below: E.g.: - Computer Operators, Computer Lecturers, Computer Instructors, Computer Engineers, Computer Programmers, Computer Analysts, Computer professors and more. Firmware Which is a software program or set of instructions programmed on a hardware device. It provides the necessary instructions for how the device communicates with the other computer hardware. But how can be software programmed onto hardware? Firmware is typically stored in the flash ROM of a hardware device. While ROM is "read-only memory", flash ROM can be erased and rewritten because it is actually a type of flash memory.
