Shapes:
While you are using MS Word, you can add shapes, such as boxes, circles, and arrows, to your documents and email messages. After you add one or more shapes, you can add text, bullets, and numbering to them, and you can change their fill, outline, and other effects on the Format tab.

When you need to insert a shape either from ready-made shapes in MS-Office or draw a new shape as you want, using “New Drawing Canvas” tool.

If you need to add the same shape repeatedly, you can do so quickly by dragging with press and hold shift key.

How to insert a shape from ready-made shapes in the word?
Select Insert Menu => Click Shapes tool => Click on a shape that’s you want => Now you can draw wherever you are going to insert a shape.

Icons

When you need to download an icon from online link for Microsoft office, you can use this tool to download the new icons as much as you want.

About Icons and SVG files
Easily insert icons and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files into your Office 2016 documents, workbooks, emails and presentations. Once they're in place, rotate, color, and resize them with no loss of image quality.

SVG stands for scalable vector graphic file, which means you can rotate, color, and resize the file without losing image quality. Office 2016 apps, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, support inserting and editing SVG files.

How to insert an icon from online office link?
Keep the cursor wherever you are going to insert the icon => Select Insert Menu => Click Icons tool => Pick an icon that’s you want => Click Insert Button.

3D models

In MS-Word on Windows now support inserting 3D models directly into your documents to illustrate a point. You can rotate models 360 degrees or tilt up and down to show a specific feature of an object.

Remix 3D
Remix 3D is not only an online catalog with a large collection of free 3D models to choose from, it's also a community where you can upload, collect, and share if you like, your own 3D images.

To select a 3D Model from Remix 3D, choose 3D Models > From Online Sources. In the dialog box that appears you can browse, or search for, 3D images from the catalog at Remix 3D.

When you insert a 3D model into your Office file, you'll get a contextual tab on the ribbon under 3D Model Tools called Format. On the format tab there are some handy controls to help you customize how your 3D images are going to look.

The 3D Model Views gallery gives you a collection of preset views that you can use on your image. For example, you can quickly select the head on view or the top down view.

Send 3D Models in email
In Outlook 2016, you can now insert 3D models into an email message. To use this feature, you have to be using the full-sized message editor. If you create a new email you'll already be using it, but if you are replying to a message in the reading pane you'll need to click Pop Out to expand the message editor to full-size. Then you can go to the Insert tab and click 3D Models.

One important thing to remember is that the other person won't be able to edit the model you insert in the message. 3D models in emails are converted into pictures on send, so the other person can't edit it.

When you need to download a 3D models either from saved one in the PC or from online sources, you can use this tool to download new 3D models as you are liked.

How to insert a 3D model from an online source?
Keep the cursor wherever you are going to insert the 3D models => Select Insert Menu => Click 3D models tool => Click from Online Sources => Choose you wanted models => Click Insert Button.
