Thesaurus - (Shift+F4):
By using the thesaurus in the MS-Word, you can look up synonyms (different words with the same meaning) and antonyms (words with the opposite meaning). In MS-Word, you can look up a word quickly if you right-click on a word anywhere in the document and then click Synonyms on the shortcut menu.

When I say about thesaurus, is a book, software program, or online service that provides alternative or similar words to a selected word as I explained above. For example, searching for "teachers" may return synonyms like "instructors," "coaches," "trainers," and "educators."

Users can also look up words in the thesaurus of another language. If, for example, your document is in Spanish and you want synonyms, do this: In Word 2016, click Review menu, click Thesaurus. At the bottom of the Thesaurus task pane, select a language from the drop-down list.

How to check the other words for same meaning of “Relation”?
Select “Relation” => Select Review Menu => Click Thesaurus Tool and then Look at the Task Pane on the right-hand side in view of MS-Word.

Read Aloud: (Ctrl+Alt+Space)
Windows has accessibility options that include Narrator, a built-in program that reads text out loud. You can combine Narrator with Microsoft Word, a word processing program from the Microsoft Office 365, to hear any typed text spoken out loud, which can help you in multi-task, if you're pressed for time putting together a business presentation. There are options both to hear text as you write it and to hear text that's already been written in a document. You can even change the voices if the default choice isn't to your liking.

Speak is a built-in feature of Word. You can use Speak to have text read aloud in the language of your version of Office.

Text-to-speech (TTS) is the ability of your computer to play back written text as spoken words. Depending upon your configuration and installed TTS engines, you can hear most text that appears on your screen in Word. For example, if you're using the English version of Office, the English TTS engine is automatically installed. To use text-to-speech in different languages, see Using the Speak feature with Multilingual TTS.

How to listen the selected paragraph?
Select the paragraph => Select Review Menu => Click Read Aloud Tool.

Translate
Microsoft Office 365 subscribers can translate Word documents into any of our supported languages using Word Translator, an intelligent service made available through the cloud. Whether you want to translate a selection of words within a document, or translate the entire document, Word Translator makes text translation easy with this built-in Office 365 feature. You can also enjoy peace of mind knowing that the Microsoft Translator API translates through a secured SSL connection.

About Word Online
Microsoft Word Online lets you read and edit Word and PDF documents stored in the Microsoft cloud: OneDrive, OneDrive Pro or SharePoint Online. You can access these documents anytime, anywhere, on all of your internet-connected devices and translate them into any of the Microsoft Translator supported languages, with the formatting intact, through a secure SSL connection.

Once translated, you can also download the document to your desktop.

Just click on the three dots on the right side of the screen to open the "more" menu and click on Translate. After you choose your translation language, your translated document will be instantly displayed.

If you want to keep a copy of the translated document, press the Download button in the toolbar and the document will be downloaded by your web browser.

How to translate whole document with Hindi from English?
Select Review Menu => Click Translate Tool => Click Set Document Translate Language => Select English at From and Hindi at To in the Task Pane and Click Translate Button.

Track Changes (Ctrl+Shift+E):
Track Changes is a way for Microsoft Word to keep track of the changes you make to a document. You can then choose to accept or reject those changes. Track Changes is also known as redline, or redlining. This is because some industries traditionally draw a vertical red line in the margin to show that some text has changed.

This tool is useful if the document is almost done and you are working with others to make revisions or give feedback. And the other thing is, if you are needed to create password protection to avoid editing the document, you can make a password by using Lock changes tool in Track Changes sub menu in Review Menu/Ribbon.

How to use track changes tool in the document?
Select Review Menu => Click Track Changes Tool => Click Track Changes and then Click All Mark-up Display dropdown button => Click Original and then you start correction like delete the word without hiding and with different colour or formatting (For further settings, you must click change tracking options icon).

If there are any questions about Review menu, please state all of them in the comment box.
